Wedding at The Gorge

Bri and Trent got married in Quincy, Washington. Their day fell on a record-breaking heatwave that landed in the early summer in Washington. The temperatures rose to over 100 degrees and we found ourselves in the middle of the desert. Their wedding day was long-awaited for the both of them and their son, Jax, who got to be their ring bearer. I absolutely loved how relaxed everything was throughout the day. Their friends and family met up at their Airbnb, everyone piled into cars to follow them out to a spot in the middle of the desert where a beautiful arbor was designed and installed by Bixby and Pine. You could see the line of trucks making their way through the desert terrain to their location which was so cool! A few chairs were set up as needed and they had a short and sweet ceremony with the incredible and scenic gorge as their backdrop. The heat was intense so they kept things short to get everyone back into some shade and air conditioning. Everyone headed back to the Airbnb where a catered dinner awaited them. A DJ set the tone for some dancing and they spent the rest of the evening popping champagne and drinking Don Julio from the bottle. It was an absolute perfect ending to an unforgettable day with these two and I feel so lucky to have had the chance to spend the day with them! Congratulations Bri and Trent!
