Documenting life. telling stories. Capturing the moments that make up our life's story.

I go all in for genuine and kindhearted people.

Hey, I'm Gina!

I smile with literally all of my teeth. I eat tacos almost every night of the week. I married my high school sweetheart and he is the sweetest man alive. I am a mama to the most handsome baby boy. I'm also a type 3 enneagram.

I'm a dreamer, believer, whole-heart feeler. I'm a storyteller and adventure lover. I go all-in for genuine and kindhearted people.

my story

I didn’t always want to be a wedding photographer. Growing up, I wanted to be a teacher. In college, I thought I’d go into marketing. I’ve always been mega creative- I knew I wanted to create.
I actually started with photography while interning for the University of Oregon football team- sideline photography! I actually found myself more drawn to what was happening on the sidelines than the game itself- that's where people took their helmets off and showed their faces, their real excitement or pain or nerves and emotions. I loved that.
My love for people, stories, emotion and happiness drew me to weddings. As the years have gone on, I've realized how deeply rooted my own life is at the core of my business. When I see a groom nervously writing his vows before the ceremony, I see my husband. When I see parents teary eyed and holding hands in the front row, I see my parents. When I see a sister quietly fixing the bride's train mid ceremony, I see my best friend. When I see a grandparent sitting back at the reception smiling and taking it all in, I see my grandpa. And THAT is the stuff I want to remember. That is the stuff I want YOU to remember too.

SOME fun facts about me!

01. What's your favorite wedding dinner? It's going to always be tacos. Pizza is a close second!

02. Early bird or night owl? both!

03. Drink of choice? White Chocolate Americans + Margaritas

04. What's life like outside of photography? I'm a fitness enthusiasts + coach!

05. Dogs or cats? I have both, Riley + Prim.

06. What's your biggest struggle? Drinking enough water, for sure.

I'm a people person!

I like to be around people with good energy. I like to spend my days laughing and I knew I needed to do something that I felt was important with my life. Documenting people's lives is one of the most important things I think I can do. This led me straight into weddings and I never turned back. Growing up in the PNW with Mt. Rainier in my backyard, elopements, and more adventurous couples and sessions were a natural fit for me.

This is David

my high school sweetheart turned husband turn second shooter turned baby daddy.

He is my best friend and I wouldn't choose to do this life with anyone else. He's a former NFL tight end turned second shooter. He's tall + quite and brings a completely different perspective to my weddings that he shoots with me. He's been through years and years of weddings with me and I promise you will like him as much as I do.

Meet Hayden.

We welcomed him into the world in March 2021 and in that moment, my reason for everything I do changed. Every job and shoot I take on, takes me away from him. That changed my perspective on bookings. So now, if we do end up working together, know that I think you are pretty damn awesome.

 KIND WORDS

“Gina is a dream to work with!!! I had my wedding in august 2020 in the middle of the pandemic and photography was one of the most important things for my wedding day. I had to change my wedding multiple times and was so stressed about the whole process during covid but she always made everything so stress free. Gina’s work is such an art and you will be in love with all of the photos she provides you with. She makes you feel so good in front of the camera and she’s one of the kindest, most genuine hearted people you’ll meet. I highly recommend Gina for all photography needs and I cannot wait for her to take my pictures again!!”
