Michael and Isabela got married at Trinity Tree Farm in June. A venue that holds such a soft spot in my heart, two people who are just genuine and kind (and so good looking), and an amazing team of vendors who truly brought this wedding to life. They had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony, set amongst evergreen trees. The morning of their wedding it actually rained on and off- there was a 50-60% chance of rain during the ceremony time, about 15 minutes before the ceremony, they went for it. If you’ve always dreamt of an outdoor ceremony, and you’re getting married somewhere like this- you just have to go for it! We had blue skies and even a little bit of sun during their ceremony with thunder in the distance. Michael’s sister officiated such a sweet ceremony, there were laughs and tears and it was just so apparent how much these two meant to their friends and family. They both had very large bridal parties, and chose to set them in the second row, allowing a much more intimate space up at the altar. As everyone made their way back inside for the reception, hail started coming down- it’s like they were granted the most perfect 30 minute time slot outside and we were so thankful for it! After their ceremony, they moved inside to Trinity Tree Farm’s gorgeous white reception space, filled with natural light and twinkle lights. These two and their people know how to party. Before toasts even started, Isabela’s family was already up dancing and ready to go! There were some extremely sweet toasts, beautiful first dances, and then DeeJay DW let the party go- he brought down the lights and let people dance the night away. As a former sorority girl, when her girls told me they wanted to sing one of their former college drinking songs (this is normal collegiate tradition in the greek life) I was SO excited. That night as soon as I got home, I texted all of my former college friends letting them know how much I missed them. Watching Isabela and Michael dance and celebrate with so much energy and love around them was so great and a wedding day I’ll never forget! Cheers to I + M!
What do you get when one of the wedding coordinators of one of your favorite venues gets married? A dreamy, detail filled, and crazy fun wedding. Courtny and Ryan got married in April at Trinity Tree Farm. If you haven’t checked out that venue before, you definitely want to. What’s cool about it is there are actually two venues there, so brides usually have options for what style of venue they want. Because Courtny (and her sister, Brittny) coordinate the weddings that take place at this venue, they were able to utilize BOTH venues for this wedding day (a very unique and special occasion for this venue!) Courtny had one of my favorite dresses of the summer- a two piece two-toned outfit with a gorgeous tulle skirt and two crop top options (one sleeveless and one with sleeves). She rocked some rad booties, black glitter nail polish and I was so obsessed with how true to her own style she was on her wedding day- it was perfect. The day itself called for rain, which luckily at this venue isn’t the biggest problem- it has a ton of option for indoor weddings. We were able to get their first look and most of their portraits done outside which was awesome because the tree farm itself is gorgeous and getting to capture some of the scenery was amazing. They have two adorable pups that were at the wedding and came down the aisle, we did our best to keep them out of the rain puddles and clean for their ceremony debut. They got married in the Barn at TTF, a wooden rustic venue covered in twinkle lights with lots of windows. Courtny is a school teacher and I LOVED that she incorporated some of her student’s artwork in the ceremony area.
After their ceremony, the guests walked through the tree farm to the other side of the property, where the reception was taking place at the Lodge at TTF. The lodge is a gorgeous white large craftsman style home, with tons of natural light and outdoor patio space with firepits (dreamy, right!?) A few of my favorite details were her black matte dinnerware, especially next to some of the gorgeous floral arrangements (my goodness!) I also LOVED the drapery they had for the reception and the little golden bar cart for their cake. I love these two humans, their families, the ability to bring so many of our wedding vendor friends together to come and celebrate one of our own getting married. From catering to DJ to florist and myself, these vendors are genuine and amazing at what they do and I feel so lucky to call them friends. Courtny and Ryan spent the evening being completely surrounded by love and then finished out the evening on the dance floor. This wedding is one for the books, I love these humans and couldn’t be happier to have been able to capture this day.

This wedding seriously makes me so happy when I think about it. I actually didn’t meet Melissa and Tarik until the night before their wedding. That’s not a normal thing for me, I do my best to meet all of my couples prior to their wedding days but this one had us meeting 24 hours before they said “I do”. They got married at Harmony Meadows in Manson, Washington. I LOVE Lake Chelan, I grew up spending summers there on family trips and the thought of getting to head over their for some work had me ready to pack my bags a week early. I arrived in Manson the afternoon before their wedding, which gave me the opportunity to go see this new venue. MY GOODNESS, future brides and grooms looking to get married near Lake Chelan- check out Harmony Meadows. I want to move in and live in this venue. Gorgeous white barn, beautiful natural light in every room, plenty of space for everyone and flexibility for whatever you can imagine- it’s a serious dream. I met up with them the night before their wedding at their rehearsal dinner, which again, not a normal thing for me but I was SO happy we were able to make that work. It made me even more excited headed into their wedding day now that I had got to spend some time with them and their families.
Their day was clear, sunny and warm. The morning was seamless, everyone was ready on time (thank you Harmony Meadows and Chelan Glam) The details were flawless and all done by the bride and her family and friends. They ate, and drank, and danced (literally under the stars) as the sun set behind the Chelan hills. It was a beautiful evening, so much fun- they laughed all the way through their sparkler exit at the end of the evening. Congrats M+T, you two are amazing!
