I’m so glad you’re here. you’re looking for some photographs of your family in the PNW and that makes my heart fill with happiness for you! While I absolutely LOVE capturing family photos, I currently take on only a handful each year due to availability. My summer months are filled with weddings and engagement sessions but whenever possible, I am able to sneak in a family session! Typically around fall I am able to take on more family sessions and have even more availability through the winter and early spring!

I’m Gina. Born and raised Washingtonian! I gave birth to my son Hayden in 2021 and ever since then my take on family photos has changed. They are so much more than a photo. Theese moments are fleeting, time is a thief- I blinked an all of the sudden he is running around. Let me take some of these precious moments and freeze them in time for you. here’s what I know.

I’m going to be honest with you, I wasn’t a family photographer. For many years, I only put energy is photographing couples. It was where I was at in life, it made sense to me, the chaos of a family quite honestly was a turn off to me as a photographer. Oh sweet little Gina, how the times have changed. After welcoming our son into this world, I understand the importance of these sessions more than I can even put into words. Quite simply, time is a damn thief. You blink and it’s gone. Capturing all of the moments of our lives is one of the most important things I think we can do for our children. I would absolutely LOVE to have the type of photos I take for my family clients now, with my own parents 30 years ago! It just wasn’t a thing back then- capturing candid moments of play and laughter and snuggles. Those are the moments I want for you and your babies. I want for you and your PARENTS. I want for your family. Because here is what else I know… and this is a serious note: The first thing we reach for when we lose someone important to us, is a photograph. It’s the only visual representation we have left of their memory. That right there is why these sessions are so important, and why you shouldn’t even have to think twice about booking a family session. The moments that make up our lives are too damn precious.

WHAT A SESSION INCLUDES

$650

Each session includes about an hour of photography with me and as many digital edited images as I can get you in that time. I deliver my images via an online gallery for you to view, share, download and print from. These sessions take place on the date of your choice at a location of your choice!

WHEN TO BOOK

Because my summer months fill up so fast. I recommend reaching out 6+ months if you are looking for anything between May and September. Family sessions during this time will take place on week days only. For months outside of those, I still recommend reaching out at least a month or two prior to your desired date.

Mini Sessions

Each fall I try to host a day or two of mini sessions so I can photograph more families! These are sessions that take place on a designated day and location in 20-30 minute time slot windows. You show up at the location, we squeeze in as many photos as possible in that time, and you’re done! They are meant to be quick and easy! I usually release these early fall and they normally sell out immediately so the best way to snag one is to be on my newsletter list!
